In the case of dredgers, many hydraulic cylinders are either exposed to the atmosphere or submerged in water, necessitating exceptional resistance to corrosion. To address this requirement, our customized hydraulic cylinders undergo a thermal spraying finishing method. This process significantly enhances their wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance, surpassing electroplated hard chrome by approximately 4-5 times.
